Over the last year we’ve been inspired by all the different ways customers are building stronger communities and successful businesses around video. Today we are announcing new plans; one with a lower monthly rate and one oriented around monetization to help you continue to grow and see a greater return on investment.
Add Ons
Customer Success Manager
Customer Success Managers are available via email and scheduled calls, providing priority support instead of going through the Help Center ticket system. Customer Success Managers are available during business hours. This option does not include event support.
Included for your first three months when you sign up for a new plan before June 1, 2021.
Viewer Support
Maestro will handle your viewer inquiries as they relate to ticketing and subscriptions. We will assist in account troubleshooting, ensuring viewers have event access, and issuing refunds and subscription cancellations according to your chosen policy. Viewer Support hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST. If the event falls outside of these hours we will work with you to accommodate support.

Event Support
Event Support ensures that a member of the Maestro team will be available during your event to help you in case any technical issues should occur. If you'd like us to provide support to your Viewers, please see the Viewer Support add on. Event Support must be booked one week in advance of the event to ensure available staff.
Watch Together
Watch Together allows viewers to create private video chat rooms of up to 6 participants right alongside the stream. Once inside, they can invite friends to their unique room using a simple invite code or link -- enabling everyone inside to watch the event and communicate with each other at the same time. Pricing is variable based on total viewer hours used by this feature specifically.
