We are seeking a marketing and branding executive with experience in live streaming to help lead the consumer marketing strategy and further develop the brand identity of Maestro.   Reporting to the Head of Revenue, this role is responsible for the development, execution and consumer adoption of the Maestro brand strategy.

The leader in this role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Maestro brand via strategic initiatives that drive market adoption across the full Maestro portfolio. This leader develops and executes a vision consistent with the company’s overall brand, supports programs and initiatives necessary to achieve revenue, gross margin and P/L targets while operating within company policies/procedures and at assigned expense budget levels. The individual plans, organizes and directs a comprehensive marketing program consistent with corporate goals and assures implementation of strategic marketing plans.

What You'll Do
  • Implement a scalable product marketing process at Maestro, focusing on creative product marketing strategies to ensure product offerings are positioned as leaders in their segment
  • Establish and implement a go-to-market strategy for all products. Ensure awareness and support for strategy through direct integration with cross-functional teams, collaborating with Sales and Product teams to execute flawlessly
  • Lead the Maestro platform consumer GTM strategy, acting as Subject Matter Expert across the platform in the development of product-related content
  • Ensure products are competitive by collaborating with the product team to serve as the voice of the customer driving key features and new releases while differentiating solutions for maximum market penetration and impact
  • Lead market and customer needs definition, competitive analysis, product messaging, and positioning, across all products
  • Develop source documents as input to all downstream marketing and sales content, translating technical features and functions into business-friendly value propositions
  • Improve and implement high-impact consumer product introductions to ensure Maestro solutions are ready to go to market with appropriate cross-functional support and readiness
  • Work with sales to secure early customer adopters for consumer-facing solutions
  • Act as a company spokesperson, where applicable, across media channels
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years in marketing
  • Excellent customer skills with significant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Track record of success in product marketing at a high growth company with multiple product lines, regions, and distribution channels
  • Thorough understanding of product marketing processes and operations.
  • Track record of developing and influencing product and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience developing nascent brand identities and bringing them to market
  • Experience leading the development of exciting and effective product launches, utilizing the talents of a cross-functional group of directly-managed and influenced resources to achieve success and market impact. Ability to influence the team to buy-in fully to the approach, executing goals and objectives with enthusiasm
  • Critical thinking, strategic acumen, and market insight: The skill to synthesize competitive trends, market data, and customer insights into a plan of action
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change. Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills. Able to weigh multiple, sometimes conflicting points-of-view and drive a decision
  • Unafraid of failure- can regroup, pivot and keep going
  • Ability to manage and plan at both the strategic and operational levels and to consistently meet or exceed planned objectives
  • Hands-on, action-oriented leader who can command the respect of his/her superiors, peers, and team.  Able to work effectively and build credibility with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
