Sales and Marketing

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for owning the top of our sales funnel. From qualifying inbound leads to prospecting outbound opportunities, you will be the first line of education for our potential customers.  Your job is to fill the sales funnel of our growing sales team.

What You'll Do
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach
  • Qualify prospects through consultative selling
  • Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
  • Deep care for our customers, putting their needs first and bringing energy and intention to every customer interaction
  • A strong mix of tenacity and curiosity to help educate potential customers
  • Help and develop processes to increase the effectiveness of of our lead generation initiatives
  • Build a solid relationship with prospects to understand customer needs to provide input to our product roadmap
  • Maintain accrue client relationship data with Salesforce
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of customer facing and direct sales experience
  • ability to develop rapport quickly
  • ability to communicate articulately while maintaining high attention to detail, from in person to phone calls and emails
  • High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools
  • Highly organized and can handle multiple prospects with ease
  • Entrepreneurship, self starter who has a sense of urgency and can work within undefined process
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
