We’re looking for our first growth marketer to implement and oversee inbound marketing channels. Your goal is to make sure our top-of-funnel is constantly being replenished with active, high-quality, actionable leads.
What You'll Do
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team around all inbound marketing activities
Design lifecycle marketing, always-on campaigns to increase opt-ins, reduce churn and improve retention.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and test new ad themes, including writing copy, identifying best practices for landing pages, and developing new creative iterations.
Understand Maestro’s customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle.
Work closely with the Executive Team to forecast and manage lead and sales metrics
Track performance on a weekly and monthly basis and make adjustments to improve target KPIs.
Write creative briefs and partner with creative teams to design campaign assets that drive engagement and align with our brand guidelines.
Own and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in a growth or marketing capacity, with demonstrated experience developing and analyzing lifecycle marketing campaigns
Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights
Creative and empathetic thinker; you always think customer first
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
