Growth Marketer

We’re looking for our first growth marketer to implement and oversee inbound marketing channels. Your goal is to make sure our top-of-funnel is constantly being replenished with active, high-quality, actionable leads.

What You'll Do
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team around all inbound marketing activities
  • Design lifecycle marketing, always-on campaigns to increase opt-ins, reduce churn and improve retention.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and test new ad themes, including writing copy, identifying best practices for landing pages, and developing new creative iterations.
  • Understand Maestro’s customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the Executive Team to forecast and manage lead and sales metrics
  • Track performance on a weekly and monthly basis and make adjustments to improve target KPIs.
  • Write creative briefs and partner with creative teams to design campaign assets that drive engagement and align with our brand guidelines.
  • Own and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in a growth or marketing capacity, with demonstrated experience developing and analyzing lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights
  • Creative and empathetic thinker; you always think customer first
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
