Product Manager


Maestro’s mission is to grow the GDP of the creator economy. From multi-week, large-scale events, like Twenty One Pilots to small businesses, influencers, and streamers looking to get their start. Maestro provides easy to use tools to create unique interactive experiences combined with powerful engagement, monetization, and analytics tools to build a sustainable live streaming business.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our product team to help guide the design and development of our Maestro product lines. As a product owner responsible for your pod(s), you will be focused on building the next phase of Maestro to provide best-in-class streaming and content creation experiences. We’re looking for someone who takes an ownership mindset to their work and strives to deliver value every day for customers.

What You'll Do
  • Lead cross-functional pods in an agile environment, prioritizing, grooming, and assigning tasks to your team.
  • Own the full product development lifecycle from solution ideation to launch, including competitive analysis, gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, product definition through briefs and wireframes, and preparing for release.
  • Apply product thinking to analyze and frame problems, design user-centric journeys, and polished experiences to deliver cutting edge features our users will love.
  • Conduct product usage analysis to derive insights and report on success metrics.
  • Provide input and feedback to Product Management on the product roadmap and overall product vision.
  • Create JIRA epics and stories with clear structure and acceptance criteria.
What You'll Bring
  • 2-3 years of product management experience (B2B/B2C SaaS preferred).
  • Strong command of the product owner role and responsibilities.
  • Experience writing user stories and epics in JIRA and creating and communicating solutions and ideas through UX wireframes (Sketch/Figma/Balsamiq).
  • Ability to provide clear direction and demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, QA, and project management.
  • Adept at developing relationships, building rapport, and motivating others around your vision, shepherding your ideas from conception to post-launch followup.
  • Strong proactive and adaptive communication skills to close feedback loops, justify decision making, report and demonstrate progress, and ensure understanding and commitment to your work across the company.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
