We are looking for a highly motivated individual,to provide analytic support, strategic recommendations and to develop data products & solutions that will impact millions of our users around  the world. The position requires an individual with an eye for optimization,  intellectual curiosity, proficiency at problem solving, a strong command of online media, and an understanding of traditional media. The candidate must be a team player,responsive with strong communication skills, problem-solving acumen, and an innovative spirit will be the keys to success in this role.

You will  be required to work cross-functionally with teams across  Marketing, Product Engineers, Product Managers, Finance, Business Intelligence and Data Engineers on some of the most critical projects in the company.

What You'll Do
  • Work with the VP of Marketing & Brand, alongside agency partners and cross-functional teams to create measurable online, offline campaign objectives to achieve growth against company-defined KPIS
  • Determine campaign data and tracking requirements; manage measurement systems for data capture and reporting
  • Perform ongoing analysis using a variety of internal mar tech and media analytics platforms to ensure the timely adjustment and/or optimization of campaigns, along with other analyses (such as campaign analysis, customer segmentation, consumer profiling and competitive market research)
  • Research customer cohorts and design A/B experiments for web optimizations & marketing campaigns by splitting users groups into test and control and sampling users in the best way to drive open/click rates and conversions
  • Generate and deliver compelling insights to leaders to inform strategic decisioning on new products/initiatives and optimizations to our website
  • Work with stakeholders to scope and define the needs of business and manage data engineering projects to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Develop and share findings and knowledge of media, technology and strategy performance with the objective of informing future company decisions on schedules, budgets, creative, channels, partners and strategies across a variety of company objectives.
  • Build and maintain statistical models that deliver value to our partner teams
  • Lead and conduct deep-dive research and analyses to identify opportunities
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years experience within an analytics function in the marketing industry with at least 2 years experience working in online media, and a bonus for experience in SEO
  • Advanced Degree (Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science or other quantitative field)
  • Experience in the analysis of large data sets to develop insights and learnings
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience with statistical analysis software products and research design
  • Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation
  • Knowledge of current issues within the online media industry, such as attribution, data collection, targeting and privacy
  • Must be comfortable evolving skillset, as well as learning new systems and tools
  • Knowledge of web measurement technologies
  • Technical computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of statistical software
  • Database analysis skills
  • Data visualization skills (e.g. Tableau)

Education and Experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience using data to facilitate decisions OR
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in SQL
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in A/B testing using popular measurement tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Experiments, Adobe Target, etc.)
  • Experience with statistical analysis using Python or R
  • 1+ years of experience using Google Analytics
  • 1+ years of experience using Tableau/Domo/Spotfire
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot are a plus
