Maestro is looking for a Head of Community to help define and implement growth and strengthen our community outreach. The ideal candidate will have deep experience leading growth campaigns and strong empathy toward our customers. The Head of Community aims to rapidly increase awareness, educate, and drive adoption achieved through connecting and engaging with our users, customers and beyond to the global. The ideal candidate will focus on driving shared value between Maestro and our customers to increase engagement, expansion, and retention.

What You'll Do
  • Experience building and executing on community engagement strategies
  • Deeply understand our customers and identify opportunities for experimentation, growth, and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle
  • Building relationships with key influencers in the community, potential customers, and external community leaders.
  • Deliver business value across support, product, marketing, and revenue by delighting customers, building trust, deepening relationships, and expanding market share
  • Own strategy the development and design of the Maestro community platform; oversee the curation and development of new and existing community channels and programs  
  • Educate and enable teams across the organization to envision, develop and deliver value through community to prospects, customers and partners
  • Customer centric: using customer insights to drive product and business decisions
  • Inspire a communities-centred culture across the company, and be the voice of the community.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team of community managers and/or advocates.
  • Relentlessly resourceful, who drives to overcome obstacles and has a bias to taking immediate action.
  • You are highly analytical and have deep experimentation experience, with a track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns, translating data into insights, and clearly communicating those insights back to key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex challenges by aligning internal and external stakeholders on a common goal.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where you are prepared to initiate and thrive in change.
