As the Copywriter/Company Blogger, you are a creative thinker with excellent writing skills able to create the messaging and voice that will guide our users through their digital interactions with Maestro. As a key member of the Marketing team you will write and edit copy for a variety of consumer-facing digital products, working closely with the product and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging. To succeed you will need to be a quick learner, have a good understanding of our platform’s UX, have empathy for and an understanding of the customer journey, and be able to create a content strategy for all of our customer messaging.

What You'll Do

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5+ years professional copywriting experience with relevant  portfolio of work that demonstrates ability to produce content that enhances, simplifies and improves upon the overall user experience
  • 3+ years copywriting for user-centric digital products, 2+ years copywriting experience for a SaaS product is preferred
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
  • Social media, ad copy or content marketing experience, preferred
  • Self-starter mentality: must be able to effectively work independently and autonomously
  • Capable of managing and completing multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience within the gaming, live streaming and Content Creator space
